I'm not seeing post-install event data on the Events tab, what should I do?
Sometimes it can take a little while for the events to be sent through to our platform.
However, if you are seeing events from our campaigns in your MMPs but not on the Redbox Platform, you may need to check a few things.
First, check the date range and the Event Groupings (tap, install or event) match the one in your MMP for when you see the data.
If that's all good, check that you have enabled the integration as per the instructions in the "Events" tab. Particularly, if your MMP is AppsFlyer, check that you've copied over the Campaign Group Name correctly.
