Why do I see differences between my MMP and the Redbox Platform?

If you enable the Redbox Platform partner integration on your MMP, the post-install data from our campaigns will be sent to the platform and displayed in the "Events" tab.

Sometimes, you'll see differences in the data displayed in the two platforms.

Commonly, this is to do with how the events are grouped.

For example, some MMPs displayed the data from users that opened your app (Download Time) in your selected date range. However, this isn't the only grouping you can do.

Each event has three times associated with it: Tap Time; Download Time; and Event Time. On the Redbox Platform, you can decide which filter we use for your date range.

We recommend using Tap Time to assess how well the campaign is performing as this will allow you to match it up to the Apple Search Ads spend.
